My right hamstring/hip flexor is acting up in a HUGE way lately. I'll have to go back to my physio soon. Get contorted back into shape. It's started to build up as tension in my shoulders. That's when I know its bad.
Right, into the nitty gritty. My Goals... In the last few months I've lost about a stone, just through gym work though. the next few months are going to be harder so I have to start watching what I'm eating now to lose the rest. I've gotten mammy in on the health buzz, she'll be doing my Thursday class too, but it's great because she cooks the dinners. Tonight we had a lovely Chicken pasta bake, it was delicious! And, there's even some leftover for me for lunch tomorrow, happy days!
At my heaviest I was around 10st 5. Vomit.
Day 1 weigh-in: 9st 7. (+2 pound from xmas)
I'm 5'2", so that gives me a BMI of 24.3, just barely in the normal range... :-/
I'm aiming for goal weight of 8stone-ish (BMI: 20.5) in 16 weeks. It should, hopefully look a little something like this:
It's approximatly 1.375 pounds a week. Pretty achievable I think.
